"Clean rooms"

"Not as clean as it should have been. The front desk person was not very pleasant. The computer was slow. There was no coffee maker in the room . I was asked to go to the FD to get it myself, but, then a staff member brought it to the door. Did not even offer to bring it in and plug it. No bottled water was provided as most places do. Sunday breakfast omlet was good , but the Gravy (saturday and Sunday )and grits from saturday was too thick. Coffee was great.breakfast area was clean."

"Nice people"

"Breakfast was too limited and poor for me. Hallwalk needs some cleaning. And it's not old but need some updates. Overall is ok."

"Great checking process, informative, friendly and helpful. The hotel smelled amazing and the room was soooo clean. Huge room with full size fridge, dishwasher, dishes and everything we needed for our trip."

"The staff were wonderful and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, rooms were comfortable and clean. I’ll definitely stay here again and would recommend to others."

We chatted a bit and I told her I came here specifically to ride Iron Gwazi at Busch Gardens (yeah, I know). She said she saw I was put into a parking lot view room, and asked if I’d prefer the park view. Absolutely! The coaster was centered in my window. Later in the week I decided to extend my stay for a night. She helped me join...
