"The cottage was really lovely and is in a great location. We were really comfortable there and slept well. Great communication with Tracey. Also great to have parking onsite, though a dropped kerb might make it a little easier. Overall, really happy and would stay again!"

"Really nice cottage style property with a log burner and really comfy beds. Only warning would be the stairs as they're pretty steep and the bathroom is downstairs if you need to get up in the middle of the night."

"This is a lovely place and the surroundings are beautiful. On a little island in the middle of nowhere, loads of wildlife to enjoy, so peaceful and the apartment is spacious and comfortable. The owners are really nice people and very helpful. Highly recommended for a stress free getaway. The only improvements would be the addition of a cooker/hob and a washing machine. There is a microwave and airfryer but we found this limiting as not used to this type of cooking."

"An interesting mix of comfortable, quaint, shabby chic and just plain shabby makes this cottage challenging to review! Overall, I was disappointed and felt that getting a few minor repairs done and providing better quality towels and bed linen would have made all the difference. On the plus side, it’s in a pretty village very near to the National Trust property of Oxborough Hall and has plenty of space for a couple or a small family, including a small garden. "Great house, much bigger in the flesh than the pictures make it look, and we would definitely return, only couple of minor points we had to hover when we arrived as spiders in every room, and maybe an adult cue for the pool table but only minor things overall a great stay"

"Owners were very helpful but not intrusive. Property was spacious, clean and well equipped. Only negative was the shower was stuck on extremely hot. We would happily return to this property."
