"One of the best if not the best hotel experience we have had! The lady at the front desk was so sweet and helpful! The pool was clean and quiet even with kids playing in it. The hallways were quiet as well and very clean. Our room was spotless well stocked and the beds are so comfortable I laid down for 5 minutes and fell asleep. Highly recommend staying here again"

"We recently had the pleasure of staying at the Express Inn in Parsons, KS, while my grandpa was in transition to a nursing home. The kindness and compassion shown by the staff and owner truly went above and beyond anything we expected. They were incredibly accommodating, allowing a late check-out so he could rest longer, and even brought him food from breakfast since he's on hospice care and not very mobile. What meant the most to us was how often they checked on him, always making sure he was comfortable and cared for. It's rare to find a place where people treat guests like family, but that’s exactly what we experienced here. We're so grateful for everything they did during such a difficult time. Highly recommend."
