"Not quite sure who is to blame but we booked this stay about a week eary through Expedia and paid for one night stay. When we showed up on Tuesday evening to check in, there was no room avaiable. The girl at the front desk tried to find something and seemed like she cared but informed us that they did not have a room for us. She said we needed to contact Expedia to get a refund. "Liked that there were two restaurants within walking distance"

We were told Nellysford and didn’t really understand that it was part of the Wintergreen resort so it was much further away from our actual destination. But the place was really amazing. We would stay there again."

Hotel exterior was in poor condition with no office or lounge area. No breakfast or coffee. Arrived late, so no other room was available. I only stayed a few hours and...
