Enjoy time spent with your friends like never before, whether you choose to spend your days swimming in the lake, sunbathing on shore, fishing in the water, or relaxing inside. You'll have direct lakefront access to the western freshwater shore of Loon Lake to enjoy.

Things to Know
*Trash service is not available at this property. This property is located in an area administered by the Adirondack Park Commission. As with many remote homes in Adirondack Park, this is a carry-in, carry-out location. Please take trash to the Chestertown Landfill/Transfer Station. We recommend calling early in your stay to find out fees and open days.

Please note that the property does not have heat. Please bring appropriate clothing depending on the weather. This property is managed by Vacasa New York LLC.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Dock details: This is a new dock, but it is designed for small craft such as rowboats and canoes. The water here is shallow. A boat with a 1 1/2 to 2 foot draft may get scratched on the rocks.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
