"There was a mix up with Hotel.com and where my reservation was made under and therefore, I had to pay for my shuttle and parking which would have been free. The discount from Hotels.com was good but I paid more in the end by not booking directly with the hotel of my choice. "

"Great chain. The only issue is floors are not very clean. If you can't steam-wash carpets often best not to have them. Bathroom floor is sticky. But room is large and comfortable, staff very pleasant."

"I love to walk in my room and see my name on the tv that was cool but the mattresses were hard on my back so i didnt sleep very well i like a soft mattress but other then that i will keep coming to ur hotel for the future vacations "

"Upon entering the staff is quiet and laid back it’s a simple process, deposit key room. The room when you open the door clean very clean the floors are very nice the king bed was made nicely the mattress is a little hard but very very manageable and very very clean. "
