"My brother and I got a room on the second floor with two queen beds. I had read many good reviews but was a little skeptical because of the price. When we walked up the stairs and I saw the porch floor was plywood, I was still a little skeptical. But when we got in the room, it was so nice! You could tell it had been fully renovated. It was neat and clean and looked brand new. The beds were comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was great. I wish I could find a little motel like this to stay in every time I wanted to travel! If I ever stay over in Athens again, they have my business."

"The OU in is my favorite hotel!!! Their updates are so nice the rooms are always clean the staff is always helpful and friendly! The outdoor spaces are gorgeous and so fun to relax in! They’ve even thought of all the little touches like a water bottle filler in the lobby! We’ll be back again next year! "

"Not bad for the price. Don’t think there are elevators to get to the second floor. Surprisingly tiny space around sink to place stuff yet tons of space adjacent to it used only for a room safe and fridge/microwave stack. Odd design. Great staff!"
