"Very comfortable bed. Cute cozy place!!"

"Lobby looks clean and what youd expect from a cheaper extended stay. Once you enter into the hallway to the rooms, its dirty, stained and smells musty and with an unpleasant smell you can't quite place. The room looked fine upon first glance. The more you looked, the more you saw. Dirt and other things on walls. Missing paint and spots on the wall. Very dated and obvious wear and tear. The room is listed as non-smoking however it smelled like a smoker had LIVED in the room smoking a lot for an...

"Nice area, very well kept house and easy check-in process. Good parking"

"Meet our desires and needs"

"I liked that the air conditioner worked. Otherwise, the place was a dump in need of repair. The outside doors to get in the hallway were broken. So, anyone could get in. There was a full kitchen with absolutely nothing to go with it. Not even a small coffee maker. Towels in the bathroom were hand towels or floor towels, not bath size. Oh, and the remote was broken held together with a hair tie around 1 AA battery and one AAA. After purchasing batteries and installing them it still didn’t work....

"I cannot say enough good things about the location of this cottage. St. Charles became one of my favorite places this weekend. The street this is on could only be improved if it were on the ocean. If you are a foodie you have to try Shay's Creole Smokehouse. I could eat it everyday. The cottage is small but has all the necessities you need, there was a wedding across the street Saturday evening during our stay and I thought it would keep us up all night but the rooms being on the backside prevent...

"Looks exactly like the pictures. Clean, beautiful shower. Friendly staff, had no problems answering questions, had all the things you needed to relax for a few days with a couple of friends. The neighborhood is lovely & peaceful at night. Beautiful yard. So pleased I came across this cottage. Thanks guy, our stay was awesome"

"Property was great and very clean. Check in process was extremely easy and very informative email was sent before check-in. The only thing that was lacking, which may be my own fault is the downstairs bedroom, the one with one bed is not a bedroom as the walls do not go to the ceiling. It offers privacy to get dressed but no privacy for conversations or intimate relations in the bedroom. The location was key so I would rent again but maybe not bring all my kids. :)"

"This was an extraordinary experience with great property and location and the description of the property was exact on. The host was very helpful when it came to anything we was needing very much appreciated and look forward to staying with this property owner again."

"The apartment was conveniently located within walking distance of many attractions in Forest Park, and several bus lines for those who are inclined to explore the city via public transit. The apartment provided a good amount of space for two people. We really appreciated the free passes that were offered. We did, however, experience a number of issues during our stay. One warning to potential renters: if you need a quiet bedroom for sleeping, this may not be the property for you. Both the wood...
