The apartment benefits from an open-plan living space equipped with a 40-inch SMART TV with Netflix and plenty of space to sit down and relax in the evenings.
DINING AREAS:
The dining table seats up to 4 people and is ideal for a sit-down meal in the evening.
KITCHEN/COOKING FACILITIES:
The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials needed to cook an array of meals whilst away in Chester. There is an electric hob, oven, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster & washer/dryer.
BATHROOM:
There is one bathroom in the apartment. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, sink and shower cubicle.
PARKING:
There is no designated parking on the property however there are paid options nearby.

Getting Around:
When getting from the property to Chester, as with any city, it’s always best to go in by foot as finding parking can always be a struggle.
Luckily for you, the property is in the ideal location and parking can be found as per the check-in instructions.
Just park up, leave your car there and stroll into the beautiful city that is Chester. Chester also has a great taxi service if you're looking to go further afield.

This property is strictly not suitable for parties. Any breach will result in immediate removal by security with no refund. Your Airbnb deposit may be used to cover associated removal and damages.
*Quiet Hours After 10PM
This is a peaceful residential area. Please respect quiet hours from 10PM onwards.
*No Smoking Indoors: £1000 Fine
Strict no-smoking policy inside the property. If smoking is detected, a £1000 charge will be applied via Airbnb to cover deep cleaning and damage.
*Noise & Air Monitoring in Place
Loud music, smoking indoors, or any sign of parties will trigger our monitoring systems and lead to instant removal without refund.
*Stays Over 7 Nights
Additional housekeeping is available upon request for an extra fee.
*Online Check-In Required
To confirm your booking, the lead guest must complete our secure check-in form, agree to our T&Cs, and provide a valid UK photo ID or passport.
