"I try to treat everyone with the upmost respect as you never know who you are talking to. Everyone has been extremely pleasant, cordial and professional however the front desk male was extremely rude to me while trying to make a reason to kick me out even though I had paid in advance. I’m a disabled veteran with a broken disk to my back and I have to be careful how I carry things yet I he was complaining about such without even knowing about my disability and or allowing me to explain. Maybe he was having a bad day as we all have. Other than that I have no complaints"
