The owners are however not honest, the property is not an apartment but a basement in a private home. I would not have minded this except that it was moldy and may not be good for anyone with allergies. "The apartment is bigger than I thought from the pictures. Everything was great! From a well stocked kitchen, to comfortable bed and couch, to the full size washer/ dryer AND dishwasher. Way better than any hotel in the area. Parking was a dream, too. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat."

"We had an amazing stay at this 2 bedroom apartment in Derry! The home was spotless and well appointed, with comfy furniture and beds. We also took advantage of the in-home gym. Richie and Lisa, the hosts, were highly responsive and kind, which made the stay even better. Derry is close to a number of great attractions, including Canobie Lake Park and Manchester. It was a delightful visit and we would definitely come back!"

"The upstairs apartment was easily accessed and well lighted for night time arrival. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom very clean with hot water and plenty of soft towels. The hot chocolate and candies were enjoyed by my grandchildren who got to sleep at “grandma’s house” for a night or two."
