"Nice room and good breakfast. Plenty of parking despite hotels.com stating there isn't any. It's a bit out of the way but was ideal for what we wanted. Staff were welcoming."

"The owner and his staff were some of the most kindest and accommodating people you will ever meet. It could use a few more amenities but overall the staff made this place feel like a second home. The breakfast while simple was amazing and at a good price. They have an in house menu where they also sell burgers, pizzas and pastas. You can have it delivered in your room or eat in the patio area. I wish the owner and his staff much success and will be back to stay on my next trip to London. If you are first visiting London for the first time learn to use the tube. The 97 and N26 bus stop in front of the hotel which will take you to the tube to central London for anywhere in London you want to go. They also have free parking but driving the London streets is not recommended for first timers or people with little exercise driving."

"Lovely staff. Very friendly and helpful. Food was good. Breakfast was amazing. Well worth the money for the quality. Location was pretty good. Grounds were very pretty and the outside gazebo area was very useful for the great got weather we have in June 2026. Our room had air con but I believe some don't have that from what our friend said. We stayed in one of the garden buildings. These are like mini apartments and you have to walk around to the back to get into the main building. This certainly isn't a problem. Getting into London can be done using the bus or mixture of bus and tube. Taxi to Enfield or bus to Cockfosters. We walked it once, to the tube, and it was a bit too far in hot weather. Highly recommend. We will stay here again."

"I had a fantastic stay and was genuinely impressed by the room. It was modern, spotless, and equipped with everything you could need, including a fridge, wardrobe with plenty of hangers, hair dryer, kettle, and a lovely large shower. The thoughtful extras were a great touch too, with cereal, biscuits, bottled water, and Ribena provided. As the accommodation is attached to a pub, I wasn't sure what to expect, but the room exceeded all my expectations. It was comfortable, well maintained, and had everything needed for a relaxing stay. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for great value and excellent accommodation."
