"Rented this “compound” as we like to call it for OU graduation! It’s a great area and the houses sleep a lot of people! We did have a flash flooding event with ended up with our sons car being under water up to the bumper! Then he fell into the overflowing drainage culvert and the water was over his head. He was pretty scraped up and freaked out but is ok! It could have been really bad. Do NoT park on the lower part of the property if there is a lot of rain! "

"Stayed 2 nights while in town for our daughter's graduation feom OU. Perfect spot and close to university and Shade Winery. Had everything we needed. The door is somwhat temperamental and it took us a while to lock it and unlock.."

"Cozy cabin with plenty of sleeping space. Good little beach for fishing if the river is low enough. Easily accessible and has all the necessary amenities. It’s awesome to not need to go somewhere else for breakfast and to have it delivered to your cabin is top tier. "
