"Great location and easy access from lhr. Two tips. Don’t bother with hotel hoppa bus. Useless, late, detour takes forever to get to Hyatt. Opt for U3 London transport bus from lhr. Very frequent, only 3 stops and cheap. For North American travellers you are asked to open a « tab » at check in. You just don’t give your credit card number and expect to get charged on it for everything like in the U.S. Got into some frustrating situations with receptionist sall over the UK over this. "

"My partner and I stayed here on our last night in England for the convenience of getting to our flight the next morning. We didn’t arrive till 21:00, but we were still able to order a delicious bit of room service that accepted orders till 22:00. The space was clean, and the beds comfy for a restful sleep before our flight. The continental breakfast was very plentiful including lots of coffee machines, tons of tea options, and even a waffle iron! Also, the signage from the underground was plentiful, so we found our way pretty easily. "
