"We got all the information regarding location, access and parking prior to check in time. The property was very clean and in a quiet location. It had everything we needed and was perfect for our weekend stay. The only negative is that the property was 78 degrees when we arrived about 9pm and it took a couple of hours to cool down. Would recommend getting in the property at check-in to adjust the temperature prior to settling in for the evening. We would definitely stay there again!"

"Super clean. All furniture very comfy. I love showers. You don’t understand. You may think you love showers, but I LOVE showers. It’s an older home/bathroom so you have to expect some compromises. The shower head was at about 5’7”. I’m 5’7”, so I didn’t mind, but if you’re a 6’ tall guy you may have some issues. BUT, the water had a crisp clean smell, yes water smells. Some good. "This was a very nice home with a fantastic yard and location. The only issue was there is unreliable internet. There are four TVs and unfortunately no way to watch anything because of the WiFi is so weak and cuts in and out. It was an AT&T WiFi box which I guess is operating from cell towers. My husband had work meetings online and fortunately brought a MiFi so he could work. If not for the lack of internet, this place is great!! "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Residenz. The location was ideal. Everything was so close by. The Bavarian Inn staff was very responsive to our needs. The home was beautiful and had all the pots, pans and silverware we needed. There was a great fire pit outdoors and a fun climbing swingset perfect for younger kiddos. Bedding and towels were included. There was plenty of room for our extended family. We could not have had better accommodations."
