"If I could give this place zero stars, I would. It's the worst, dirtiest place I've ever stayed in. I even saw a roach! The towels looked dirty (which I didn't use), the bedsheets had holes in them and the room had an unpleasant odor. I would not recommend this place to anyone."

"I thought the location was renovated and I was so wrong! Staff gave me the complete wrong directions on how to get to my room. Once in the room, only 2 light switches worked, the bath tub looked like it was partially renovated, toilet didn't flush properly, called for a new room and of course, there was no other, wifi was so bad that it kept pausing the movie were trying to watch. Will never stay there again!!!! "

"Room was not cleaned adequately. Some small trash on floor; they must have used a dirty, wet rag on the stove and counter which left visible swirls; dirty bathroom sink with hair clippings all over it from a prior guest. Only reason was generous with 2 stars instead of 1 was because the bed appeared clean and was comfortable - for our one-night stay, this was most important factor."

"We recently stayed at Red Roof Inn, and while the room itself was clean, comfortable, and met our expectations, the experience with the staff unfortunately left a lot to be desired. Customer service was disappointing from the start. We were informed that there is an additional charge if you’d like to check out even just one hour later, which felt excessive. What was more concerning, however, was that there seemed to be a willingness to “negotiate” that fee if paying in cash, which did not come...
