"There was plenty of parking on arrival and instructions received before arrival were very clear. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The apartment was lovely with a little balcony, kitchen, sitting area and bathroom. It was very well lit, plenty of windows and well heated. Do be aware there was no hand soap provided. It was within walking distance of Mont-Saint-Michel and local amenities. Looking forward to staying here again."

"Comfortable flat just across the street from the corniche to the beach. An easy 25 minute walk into Intra-Muros, but you have grocery, boulangerie, etc a close walk as well. The space is quaint and comfortable."

"A welcome bonus when we arrived at the station was the host picked us up and drove to the accommodation. Very clean & private in a good location. Close to shops and not far from old town. Host was very helpful providing local guidance. On booking, host sends direct email (which we missed) outlining special conditions including required deposit on arrival. We enjoyed our stay & recommend the place."

"Une odeur prégnante de moisi et de renfermé (surtout dans le meuble contenant la vaisselle qui oblige à systématiquement la laver avant utilisation), le canapé type BZ est inconfortable, s'asseoir dessus est une épreuve ! Et les tapis au sol sont usagés et ne renvoient pas un ressenti de propreté. Dommage !! La petite cour est sympa mais un mini parasol ne suffit pas pour pouvoir y déjeuner. Dommage car ce logement est vraiment bien situé."

Boulangerie , Lidel and beach all with in walking distance and a 10min walk into Granville. The owner Mme Helaine was a really lovely lady who spoke good English . "Overall the property was okay, although the toilet is in an enclosed balcony of sorts in the back with no heating so as it was Feb. it was a bit chilly. Also, the lights in the entryway didn't turn on when I clicked the switch; I tried several times and never got them to turn on. It was extremely dark climbing the stairs and felt unsafe. Even so, I'd recommend the flat as it was comfortable, convenient, and good value."
