"Aside from the lack of a substantial breakfast, everything was great. The friendly staff put me in a room suitable for my needs. The room was large. Laundry was a plus, Totally satisfied"

"Lisa was great. She was very personable, informative, helpful and obviously working very hard to make up what appeared to be a staff shortage. Disappointed that the pool was not open for understandable reasons. Continental breakfast seem lacking for adults. Receptionists seem to be wearing too many hats and having to leave the desk, which pointed toward staff shortage. Facility was very clean and the housekeeping personnel were very helpful as well as being exceptionally friendly 👌. Room was comfortable and provided all our needs."

"I booked a room on Expedia as a non-smoking king size room. When I checked in they gave a smoking room king size and was told that since I booked through a third party this is what I had to take. Not thrilled and the room and floor smelled terrible. Room service was not offered so I had to beg the staff for clean towels and wash clothes for the second night. Overall the hotel and casino was nice but not thrilled with the resort fee charges that everyone seems to be getting away with nowadays."

"The only thing good about this motel is the proximity to the Casino. The room was dirty with blood stains on the comforter. The shower water was warm at best with hardly any water pressure. The room had an odor as well. I do not typically write reviews and I would have brought up all of our issues with the staff but not it didn't seem to matter to them from check-in to check-out. I just wanted to get out of there. The pictures are not accurate and show a much nicer stay which it is not."
