"Wow ... we had an amazing 2-night experience at Soi Hanok. Our room was clean and beautifully decorated with all the modern amenities that you need (microwave, fridge, TV, wireless speakers, shower, heated bidet toilet, heated flooring and air conditioning). The bed was super comfortable. The courtyard was beautiful, peaceful and quiet - we actually rented hanboks and did a photoshoot in the courtyard. The host, Sue, was fantastic in greeting us and giving us recommendations. She was so kind...

"Mr and Mrs Kim who run the Hanok Inn are wonderful people. We forgot something in our room when we left and Mrs. Kim arranged to have it brought to me in Busan. She is so lovely and the room was beautiful, the breakfast delicious. Five star stay. Highly recommended. "

"Location is a 10 minute walk to intercity bus station and 15 minutes to the historical area and tomb parks. The room was surprisingly quiet for the central location. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious with very good climate control. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Included breakfast was adequate. It was free and easy to park our rental car. Overall, it was a great choice if not staying in a hanok in the historic village."

Its also right next to the intercity bus terminal with the bus stop for rides around Gyeongju just 5mins away. "Was a little nervous prior to check in as the property didn’t return my message till like 2 hours before check in time. But there was someone around when we arrived at 12 noon so all was good. Room was big and comfortable, I was hoping for a futon bed but got the king bedroom. If I had to complain it’s that the rubbish bin was outside so it was a little inconvenient. Location was good, possible to walk from bus station as well as most sites in the city. Host didn’t speak English but nothing that...

"The shower setup was the stupidest that I have ever seen. It was not enclosed, so the water went end up all over the floor. Also, there were no switches near the beds to control the lights so you would have to get out of bed turn off the lights and climb back into bed in the dark."
