"청결 유지에 신경을 많이 쓰셔야 할 것 같아요. 수건 냄새, 입실 전 바닥 모래와 먼지, 조미료 통 상태, 에어컨 곰팡이, 모기장 불량 등이 가장 문제였고요, 시설면에서는 엘레베이터 미운영(2020년에 안전검사 미필로 운행 중단 고지가 붙어있던데, 현재까지 보수 계획이 없는 것 같음)으로 3층까지 짐 옮기느라 온몸이 땀으로 다 젖고 난감했습니다. 또한, 온수량이 부족하고 수압도 낮아 씻는 것도 불편했어요. 방음 전혀 안되고 새벽 2시까지 시끄럽게 놀던 MT숙박객들에 대한 제재나 당부가 없습니다(다만, 휴가지에서 저런 상황들은 왕왕 있기에 저희는 이해가 되고 이것 때문에 불편함은 없었습니다)."

"My family and I traveled to South Korea from the United States. We stayed and the Toyoko Inn in Busan for three nights. The room was very nice, and the beds were comfortable. The hotel is close to a beautiful beach with a lot going on, especially during the weekend. The staff were all very nice, and we especially enjoyed the complementary breakfast. We also enjoyed the pajamas that were available to borrow in the lobby. We would definitely stay there again. "
