"Very comfortable stay that was better than other more expensive hotels we booked during this visit to chennai. Staff was friendly and ready to help with any requests we had. They extended checkout by an hour and also stored luggage. Mouli helped with every request we had and weighed our suitcases too for our flight. Santiego in dining area took so much care, ensured vegan food was available and also had our favorite dish made for breakfast. Stay here felt like home. Yoga instructor was very knowledgeable and helped with exercises to relieve back and neck pain after travel. I will definitely stay again and recommend to everyone i know. "

"I would have given 5 star. But it was not little there due to the fact that my guest was asked to pay extra few hundread rupees even though I did full payment and did receive the booking confirmation. All the fee and extra charges were not transparent. I also have a case created for this which is not resolved or answered yet. But overall a good convenient stay. "
