Good Hotel, Good location.

The Hotel is located in Nungambakkam close to Loyola college. The check in and check out process was smooth. The room and bathroom was clean. The linen is clean. The room had a shared kitchen and living room available. The Breakfast spread is limited but can be improved at least in terms of choices. One drawback is that the Hotel does have a restaurant.

I vacated the room citing dirty, dust and funges in the Rooms. I don't want to get sick. I told them, and rebooked another hotel. PLEASE have some health persons investigate this hotel ASAP

worst place to spend your time. You wont be able to sleep well as they have torn mattresses from which brings coming out and pinching your back. The place is filthy. Staff is unhelpful. Unhygienic. Best to avoid.

It was not far from where we need to go to. Otherwise, everything is bad. it was dirty, linen was dirty, however, staff were able get clean towel after asking. Brought only one. Tv and cable did not work, however, came quickly and fixed in a while. Room is extremely small, bed in actually touching the dirty drapes. We vacated after one night even though we had plans for 2 nights.

Starting from night shift receptionist to security and all other stuff was really nice Also including manager at day was very good and treated us like a guest.I enjoyed their service very much.A must try hotel with cheap price and good facilities. Bangladesh 🇧🇩

Reasonably clean and comfortable rooms

We stayed here for a couple of nights and had an ok stay. The rooms were reasonably clean and bed was comfortable. However there was no toilet paper and we only had one towel. We called and they brought it straight away, but you do expect those things to be there though. The next day when we arrived back in our room, we noticed the room wasn't clean. They offered to clean it when we mentioned it, but it was late and we just wanted to go to bed. Apparently you're supposed to give them your room key if you want a clean room, but as a western tourist we had no idea.

The hotel is excellent, tidy and well cared for. Good service. Well functioning AC. Nice restaurant on the roof-top. Even tho over crowded trafic on the street one didnt get disturbed by the sound. Difficult tho to cross the street but if one doesnt have a reason for that its all fine. One of the best hotels i visited in India!

Good Experience of a one night stay !

The stay at Treebo Pechis Castle on February 10th (Saturday) night was very comfortable. The area is very close to the Chennai Central Train Station. Room Cleanliness was good. Though it is a service apartment concept, staff was around at night to do a comfortable late night check-in. Staff was also very accommodative to do a slightly delayed check-out on request. Since did not avail of the breakfast cannot comment on it. However shall definitely return to stay in this property in future since it is value for money at that location (Near Loyola College).

Super clean new hotel. Staff were very helpful and went an extra mile to get food for us late at night. Location is on a noisy road so traffic noise is unavoidable at all times. Wifi was good at the times we used it but admittedly we used it for a short while only.

Nice clean rooms, affordable, heavy traffic

This is an apartment converted into Hotel. Good thing is it is a brand new apartment with very good bed, interior decoration, architecture etc., Rooms are not that big but so far they keep it clean. Excellent house keeping staff and do a great job. Not that many good affordable dining options in walking distance. Hotel staff can go to nearby places to get food though. Heavy traffic and honking noise day and night (only slows after 11 pm and starts early morning) since it is one of the major intersection. Very slow WIFI. Overall a decent stay and affordable price is a good factor.

Good hotel and nice staff.

It was nice to stay in treebo pechis castle hotel. The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. They are always ready to help you. Hotel building is brand new, just recently opened. Break fast is traditional South Indian if you like it. There is a good halal biryani restaurant called assief Birani round the corner. For commuting you need to use local taxi or Uber.

Comfortable stay

I was worried a bit as it's a new place but it surpassed our expectation and we enjoyed staying at Pechis. Everything was good but just the wifi alone needs to be fixed. Would recommend to families and friends.
