"Well the front desk was helpful but it can’t be said for the housekeeping staff. I had to ask for things twice and still didn’t get them. I had to change the room from the 7th floor to the 4th floor to get wifi reception and that didn’t help much. The front desk manager did let me borrow his wifi dongle. The shower drainage was clogged and there were no hooks to hang clothing behind the door. The breakfast was average at best but wait staff were awesome. If u need strong wifi signal then perhaps...

"Had booked for 3 people . Towels , soap etc only provided for 2 . They did provide upon asking but after an hour or so .Hotel was fully booked so that might have been a one time thing.Breakfast coffee had something floating in it. Lots of flies in the breakfast area . Rainy season have to be careful since road was partly flooded . But that seems to be an area problem even main road had pockets of flooding .positives staff are friendly and attentive . "

"Booked room and bathroom was dirty. We asked for upgrade room but staff was not able to give us and ask us to adjust and decline to refund our bookings and asked Expedia to request it . I wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you think this is 3 star. It’s ok for motel stay."

"rubbish, filthy dont recommend any travellers to stay, waste of money"

"The rooms were neat and clean, and the staff were very friendly. The manager, Jaiganesh, was also extremely friendly and helpful"

"Nice room. Very quiet. Very clean "

"its good may be they can check all the things are working in the room before give to the customer "

"I had booked a standard room for a total invoice approx 2250/-assuming to be Aircondition facility. After reaching the property I understood it's non AC. I had to pay extra for upgrading. The property web site is offering at competitive rates but booking through Expedia, I understood Expedia is taking lions commission. "
