"Right in the middle of the city center and next to a huge shopping mall with wide variety of restaurants and shops. High end restaurants as well as low cost food stalls are all in the same area where locals are also getting their daily meals here. It is also right next to the #2 and #3 metro lines, which makes going around town is more than convenient. Although the hotel is a little old (built in 1997 and 2008), all the facilities have been modernized. The staff provides the best possible services; the executive lounge has wider selection of foods and drinks compared to other 5-star hotels in this area. It even offers live music on Sundays in the executive lounge when everyone is enjoying their evening happy hours. The executive lounge manager, Mr. Goto, speaks perfect Chinese, Japanese and English, and leads his team by modeling how services should be done. Highly recommended!"

"It was disappointing that you couldn’t get something to eat for dinner. The rooms were hot, between 27-30 degrees. The rooms were tired, dated and in need of refurbishment. It was like turning back the clock 15 years. "

"Booked for my parents and grandma. The front desk girl told them there’s complimentary breakfast when checking in. My parents didn’t asked and it’s totally ok if they didn’t say so. However when they went for breakfast the following day they were told that it was impossible and nobody would give them free breakfast. As I said we understand we didn’t pay for the breakfast when we booked rooms and we didn’t have to eat at hotel, but the way they treated us and responded didn’t make any sense. Hope they can do better in communicating with customers. "
