Excellent luxury hotel
The room had a few idiosyncrasies (individual lights don't have switches, but are controlled by a bedside panel; the shower faucet wouldn't stay still; bathroom lights would randomly shut off), but overall it's probably the second-nicest hotel I've ever been in after a Ritz-Carlton, with incredible amenities, great service, big rooms, modern technology, and fantastic restaurants. Specifically, pressing the "room needs service" button had my room serviced within ten minutes.

overall, its very good experience. One of their staff Mr. Peng, Xin helped me with my heavy luggage. and is very timid and refuse to take tip. Air condition is very strange somehow. Window cannot be opened.

Horrible service in Chengdu
This is a poor hotel. Do not misunderstand me. My room was big, decently comfortable and quiet. But the hotel service was of a terrible quality. The staff were not engaged, slow and did not speak English. I am used to travelling in China, but I am used to hotel staff who do their best. With the exception of a few persons in the restaurant, they did not seem to care. Check in took 20 minutes, although there was not any queue. Checking out was almost as slow, although I had paid the evening before my departure The hotel does not deserve its give stars.

スタッフの方々が漢や唐の時代風のコスチュームを着ていて、ホテル内の雰囲気も統一されている。尚且つみなさんとても親切。 ただし、英語のできるスタッフはごく限られる為、少しだけでも中国語ができないと難しい。 一方、室内の電気やカーテンなどはハイテクで管理されていて快適。
