You would taste the true sense of hospitality once you enter their property all the way from their front desk staff till the staff who do room service. They were accommodative with all my requests, helped me tour the property and additionally helped me with late-checkout, complimentary cake for our anniversary etc. Look no further if you plan to stay in Chennai. "It’s a must stay property for people who want to relax with your family. Well maintained and the staff is always there within minutes unlike other places where they generally take longer. The in room dining person told us the order would take 30 min but arrived before time so no complaints."

"This was our first time in India! Couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. Everyone was friendly and accommodating and checked in on us regularly. They even helped us coordinate with the airport when our baggage was lost! The room was bright and airy and clean! They provided ample water in the room and replenished it each day! We visited the restaurant several times and it was delicious every time. The spa was relaxing and lovely, we got massages.if we needed a taxi they helped us get one, even from the airport to the hotel when we first arrived via e-mail!
