"decent nights stay but i wouldnât choose this hotel again. there is no air conditioning - we were there on a 90 degree day. i was loudly scolded by the breakfast room attendant for taking an unfinished water bottle with me from the dining area - i was âsupposed to consume it in the dining room.â breakfast costs paris style prices for baguette, croissant, and coffee. overall: hot, unfriendly, only moderately comfortable. "We stayed in this beautiful cottage for a week and it was blissful. A bubbling river runs along the bottom of the garden and many an hour was spent sitting next to the river, sipping something cool and nodding off to the sound of the water. The host, Katherine and her two wonderful granddaughters were absolutely delightful and nothing was too much trouble. There are stunning castles galore to visit within a short distance and great restaurants too. We will definitely return. "

"Fijn verblijf. Aardige en behulpzame gastvrouw en heer. Prachtig gelegen. Goede uitvalsbasis voor mooie fietstochten (E-MTB) door bossen, agrarisch gebied, dorpjes en de stad Loches. Het was koud (eind april). Het huisje ligt op het oosten en pakt weinig zon. Verwarming is OK, jammer dat de haard niet gebruikt mocht worden. Verder is het huisje goed uitgerust."
