"Hosts were absolutely lovely, couldn't do enough for us and didn't batter an eyelid when one of the dogs just invited themself into their house 🙈 just laughed. Perfect for staying for badminton horse trials, 20mins away from the park. It has all the amenities you could ask for and super roomy for a 1 bed cottage. Plenty of parking and a little outside area - note the outside area is not enclosed so the dogs can roam free. The only thing I would say is if you're not a confident driver and...

"The weather was not particularly kind to us during our stay so the property's great location helped enormously in keeping us dry (being literally metres from the Roman Baths, the Abbey and Heritage Centre). With five adults and two teenagers the property's size accommodated us all easily. Paul was very welcoming and despite the weather we all enjoyed our stay."

"Stay was enjoyed by all ages hot tub and pool table appreciated particularly by the youngsters only one thing we felt could be replaced were the tall stools in the conservatory. We felt they were unsafe and very rickety but had no reflection on our stay"

"Room was "clean" but the general condition of the kitchen & bathroom was not good. Damp & mouldy door frames, smells damp, curtain blind would only half shut. Whatever room was above mine had someone who stomped around & sounded like they were dragging furniture every night until around midnight. Staff were friendly to deal with via email but communication was patchy in regards to adding a towel to my room & feedback in regards to the condition of the room. "Loved our stay at this perfect accommodation and the hosts could not be more welcoming. The location was absolutely perfect for exploring Bath and the train station was a 3 min walk. There is a wonderful pub just down from the apartment that had the best breakfast and an Indian rewrite some of the best Indian ever. The grocery across the street was perfect for grabbing groceries as well. Would 100% recommend."

"Lovely house in great location. Took us a while to work out how to use the key but that was probably our fault! Also we were given the wrong code for back door key so could not use back door til we met laundry lady who gave us the right code! Showers were not great - some had no pressure or hot water but we managed with the ones that did work! Heating worked well. Dishwasher broken but we didn’t do any cooking so wasn’t a problem. We would definitely book this house again"
