"The location was perfect for my visit and both convenient for buses and walking to get to where I wanted. The room was beautifully put together, feeling very luxurious and thoughtfully detailed. Lovely window boxes had flowers to frame the views of the city. While the restaurant was not yet completed the area has lots of options, of which Nero Caffe across the road was the most crucial for my breakfast and coffees.
From Gatwick it only took one train and one bus ride plus a five-minute walk to get to the Goat in Boots.
Notes: If arriving outside the downstairs pub opening times, make sure you have a clear plan to meet the concierge as indicated in their own instructions. The hotel only has stairs, which was fine by me, but not so great for others.
All-in-all a delightful gem in an amazing location. I will stay here again!"
