Located in Chella, Villa Casa Rural la Montana 1 offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. This two-storey property features a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, six bedrooms and four bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 12 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, air conditioning (available in most rooms and effectively cooling the entire villa), washing machine and television. A baby cot is also available. The private outdoor area offers a pool, an open terrace and a covered terrace, perfect for enjoying the outdoors. Five parking spaces are available on the property. Pets are allowed on request and for an additional fee.

Pros: Het huis is geweldig met een schitterend uitzicht vanuit het balkon. We waren met 2 gezinnen en hadden genoeg ruimte en privacy. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en heeft veel extra's zoals de tennisbaan en de ruimte met oa. poolbiljard. Het contact met de eigenaar verliep erg prettig. We hebben een hele fijne vakantie gehad en zouden het zo weer boeken.

Mooi huis om met vrienden/ familie door te brengen.

Pros: Het huis heeft veel faciliteiten en ruimte zoals pingpong, zwembad, voetbal en tennis mogelijkheden en een mooie buiten BBQ. Ook de airco in het huis is zeer aangenaam tijdens hete dagen/ nachten. Cons: De keuken uitrusting zoals snijplanken voldoende schalen, glazen etc liet wat te wensen over en hebben dit tijdens ons verblijf zelf aangeschaft

Pros: Geweldig fijne en schone woning met mooi uitzicht en alle gewenste voorzieningen. De grote omheinde tuin heeft alle denkbare voorzieningen: een grote bbq-unit, grote eettafel, parasols, een tennisbaan, een zwembad, een petanque-baan, buitendouche. In het dorpje Chella is een zeer grote, fijne supermarkt te vinden (Consum) met dagelijks een zeer ruim aanbod aan verse vis. De omgeving is rustig en relaxed. Ideaal voor diverse wandelingen, of als HQ voor trips richting steden of kust. Wij hebben ons geweldig vermaakt, en zouden zo weer boeken.

Pros: Wij zijn in oktober 2012 met tien volwassenen en 5 kleine kinderen in deze villa bij Chella op vakantie geweest. het was een prachtige week en door de goede voorzieningen bij de villa hebben we ons uitsteken vermaakt ( zwembad, tennisbaan en Jeu de Boules) ook Goede mogelijkheden tot wandelen. We zijn slechts een keer naar het strand geweest (45 minuten) en een keer naar Valencia. De afspraken met de eigenaar verliepen snel en correct. Een aanrader voor wie ruimte zoekt.

Pros: The holiday home was fantastic, Jose is an amazing owner. The house was extremely clean and tidy with all the services you would expect from an executive holiday home. Plenty of utensils, towels etc. If you did need anything Jose was just a call away and he regularly cleaned the pool. We were a group of 11 and had plenty of room with children ranging from 3 - 13 yrs and elders at 70. I would highly recommend renting from Jose (his has a second home next door). Thank you Jose for a great family holiday!!

Hij stuurde ook geen vervanger en dat met kleine kids en baby! Er volgde wel een kleine compensatie,maar start was niet goed.

Pros: We were a group of 8 ladies on a walking/hiking holiday, and chose the villa because of the number of rooms - we wanted a bed each. Jose was a wonderful host - very good at communicating before and during our stay. His English is very good (better than our Spanish)! He lives nearby and can pop in to sort out the slightest query. The property was sparkling clean and very spacious and modern. Bed linen and towels were lovely and fresh. The showers all worked perfectly and the shower rooms were also sparkling clean and modern. Compared to most Spanish villas, this one is finished to very high standards and is extremely light and airy. The two main bedrooms have aircon units in them, but the other 4 do not. There is superb aircon in both lounges, so we left our bedroom doors open slightly to keep cool at night. You are able to leave bedroom windows open as they all have mozzie screens, but we did not really experience a problem with mozzies. We dined in quite a few times and found the kitchen very well appointed. The outside eating areas were fabulous, with stunning views from the upstairs balcony. The sunrise and sunsets over the valley were beautiful. There is a great supermarket in Chella called 'Consum' which had everything we could possibly need. Just remember that it is closed on a Sunday. The swimming pool and the sun bathing terrace were lovely places to relax after a days exploring. It was 34 degrees in early October but there was plenty of shade under umbrellas and a sail. We ate at a couple of restaurants in Chella (Casa Florecio and Pizzeria La Martina) both had similar menus but the food was amazing and incredibly cheap. We found plenty of beautiful hikes in the area - our favourite was a 14km hike from Bicorp up over the ridge and returning via the gorge floor (dry riverbed but a scramble in places. Very rocky underfoot). I would recommend a trip to Los Charcos near Quesa where there are lovely natural pools to bathe in. Also the natural pools at the Zona De Bano in Bolbaite are worth a visit and a swim. All in all a fabulous place to stay in an area that is full of natural beauty and off the main tourist trail. Five stars from us!
