This deluxe lakefront Chelan condo has a premier location with a boat launch, day use dock, beach, and swimming area just steps away from your door. The home also features community amenities such as a fitness center, five shared pools, hot tub, outdoor firepit, tennis courts, and dock!

Set in the waterfront Lake Chelan Shores community, you'll be just three miles from world-renown Washington wineries and two miles from the Lake Chelan Municipal Golf Course. Make the quick drive into the town of Chelan to enjoy the delicious restaurants, shopping spots, and attractions.

Great Location and Property-Unit needs updating

The overall property is very nice and location of the unit is great. It is just steps from the beach and a shared dock. It is on the ground floor so easily accessed although we had a child (children?) above us who were running around most of the time and also an adult upstairs who walked heavily. I understand that this is not something the owners of the unit can control but if this would bother you, you should try an upper unit. The unit itself was clean but in need of updates. The woodwork and cabinetry are definitely showing wear and tear as is all of the wood furniture. The toilet was not flushing and the plunger had been cobbled together with a rubber band and paper clip. We reported it and the management company repaired it quickly. As other guests have noted, the unit had a peculiar odor when we checked in so we kept airing it out. The dryer was not at all efficient and made a loud squeaking sound. The very dated leveler blinds in the bedroom should be replaced with something that is more up to date and also that blocks more light and the wand on living room shade was broken. Also noted by other reviewers, we were surprised by bedding. We immediately removed a decorative quilted spread and pillows. The bed covering should be washable after each guest. Sheets too were old and/or not high quality. For the price being charged, better quality, washable bedding is called for.

Perfect spot

Place was perfect for my wife and our 2 young daughters. They could play in the sand and on the grass while we cooked and hung out on the patio. Beautiful views, we plan to book again in the near future!

Two Day Rest on Lake Chelan

The condo is perfectly located with grass and beach just in front, looking out over the lake! The patio, with table and umbrella, was wonderful to relax while taking in the Lake views. A dock and boat launch directly to the left, this time of year, was nice, however may present more activity in the high season. Love being on the East side if the Lake looking west, just minutes to Chelan downtown, or drive north to Manson. With five pools, basketball, tennis, and much more, this place has a lot to offer. If you have a boat, makes for a perfect place in and out of the lake. We would stay here again, however we always like a new adventure, highly recommend the stay.

Dump in great location

Dirty place with lots of maintenance that was needed. Huge whole in the middle of the kitchen floor. Cleaning was obviously rushed. They delivered a sofa in the middle of our stay and didn't take any furniture away so we just had a sofa in the hallway we had to crawl over the rest of our stay. Beautiful location but would not come back to this place.

Fun in the Snow

The place was a good location and close the Echo Ridge cross-country ski area and wine tasting. The unit was adequate with good views and enough kitchen tools to make our own food. There are no spices or coffee filters so plan ahead. Otherwise it was a good stay.

Unit was just what we needed

Right on the lake. Great view. There was an issue with the slider. Property manager was quick to respond and schedule a repair after we left. I would stay there again.

Great view, but...

The view and location is amazing. But there where some issues with things not working. BBQ did not work and the coffee maker. I feel like these are 2 major items when on vacation. The home inside is older and would need some updating for sure but overall clean. My low stars are for the items that did not work and no feed back from owner. Vasca did try to connect with the owner but never heard anything back.

Location Location Location

The beautiful view, location and waterfront is at your fingertips. The property managers were fanastic. Always ready to help if needed. The unit was fully stock with the necessities to cook and serve meals. We were disappointed with the cleanliness and wear and tear of the furniture in the unit. We are not picky but comfort and cleanliness is on the top of our list.

It is all about expectations. If your looking for a spot to sleep, cook and spend most of your time at the lake, this place will be fine. If your going to be inside most of the time, you could do a bit better. The flooring is creaky and separated, bathtub is very creaky and feels like your going to fall through, they only provided 2 dishes (we were a party of 2), and no dish soap to wash dishes, and sliding glass door is broken. To be fair it still was a good deal for off season (March 2021), and it has a really nice lake view, but there were a few flaws

Great spot

We decided at the last minute to do some hiking before the holidays and wanted a spot within a few hours drive of a variety of hikes and views. We were glad to see how clean the unit was and thankful to get out of our own house for just a couple of days and get some fresh air. The views of the lake from the unit are so soothing, and the bed was so comfortable. Highly recommend!

Property was great!!

We had cut our vacation short due to the wildfire smoke but the property was great. Very clean and well maintained and the location was perfect... I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect 4th of July weekend!!

The Condo was GREAT!! Right on the lake - had a great few days just relaxing. Was a different 4th of July with no fire works due to Covid-19 but we made it a great weekend. The Keurig didn't work - might be the Original Keurig but there was a regular coffee pot we used regardless. We'll definitely consider coming back! Thanks!!

Perfect spot

The condo was just steps away from the water and a sandy beach area. The condo itself was very clean. The staff all around the property were very friendly. The only negative is that we had no WiFi our entire stay. Also, the bathroom was very small.

Too bright at night

Needs new darkening shades or curtains because there is an outside light that shines right at the bedroom window. Maybe time for a new mattress too. Other than that, it’s very clean and nice.
