"With Lake Chelan being quite a sought after destination for many reasons, it was nice to see a lower priced quality option that was still in a convenient location. It is hard to find good options that are just a few blocks from the lake without having to pay an arm and a leg. I thought the room was very clean, functional, comfortable, and well-designed. The staff was accommodating and friendly, and the hot tub concept was great. "

"Every property should be immaculate upon arrival, not "lived in," as this one was. Although the photographs look great, the lack of attention and cleanliness to our unit was appalling. Fingerprints on the light switches, dirty windows with cobwebs on the interior side, fingerprints on the glass-top dining room table, red smudges on the bedroom door frame and wall (possibly lipstick?), hair in both bathroom showers, a layer of dirt on all the baseboards...the list goes on and on. There's an "ick" factor here that makes one think someone was just there before you arrived, and only a half-hearted effort was made to tidy up. Add to this a number of maintenance issues, such as a missing threshold between the hallway and bathroom door, paint scraped off the wall in the spare bedroom, an air conditioning system that barely works in the master bedroom (despite prior guest complaints). This place is in need of a deep-cleaning, and all of the above issues, and more, should be addressed immediately. DO NOT rent from this property until this happens."

"We had a great stay on this houseboat! The highlight was the view from the top deck—it was stunning, especially at sunset. The setting is incredibly peaceful and quiet, making it easy to relax and unwind. The location is within easy walking distance to several boat rental places, which made it super convenient for us to get out on the water. My husband used the shower in the houseboat, but I opted for the shower in the nearby clubhouse which was clean and well-maintained. The houseboat itself was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. From the cozy sleeping arrangements to the fully equipped kitchen, it really felt like a home away from home. Would recommend for a fun, unique stay at Lake Chelan. "

"The condo/apartment is a roomy bright space. Everything was clearly labeled. There were 2 bedrooms, a murphys bed, and a pullout couch so plenty of beds! A public beach is on the other side of the parking lot so very close and you don't have to struggle to fight for parking at the beach.The beach does get crowded with families though. Its on the ground floor with wide hallways so perfect for guests with disabilities! Its a little tricky to find at first because there are 3 lodges all next to each other. I'm excited to bring my family here in the future!"
