"What a gem of a place! Amazing room, service, friendliness. The hosts went the extra mile….even covering our bikes when it started to drizzle! Great breakfast! But ate far too much! Loved this hotel and will definitely be back! "

"A beautiful and very special place, totally tranquil and relaxing and one we’d love to return to. The rooms were extremely comfortable and clean, the host very friendly and helpful, offering excellent advice on local attractions and restaurants. "Pros: Cette maison est un havre de paix, dans un quartier calme de Pornic, à quelques minutes à pied de la mer. L’accueil y est chaleureux. La chambre, avec sa petite terrasse privée, est très agréable. Que ce soit l’intérieur ou le jardin, tout est fait avec goût. J’oubliais le petit déjeuner, tout est fait maison, les gâteaux, les confitures, les crêpes... En résumé, des chambres d’hôtes comme on les aime ! Merci à vous Florence et Bertrand pour votre accueil et vos conseils touristiques."

"I was surprised by the elegance and sophistication of the chambre/room that I was given. The bath alone was beyond my expectation. The very friendly and helpful Owner, Norse, made sure I had everything that I required. If you have never stayed in a Chàteau, for the price I suggest Château de la Grand'Cour. It is exceptional!"

"Very quiet beautiful place"

"Good hotel close to the city bus station. City communications is free over weekends. There was a small issue when we checked in that takes some time. After checking in we got a key to the room and we found that there was already someone. We have to go back to reception. Hotel is clean and was ok for short stay."

"Very nice hotel. We had large and very comfortable room. The lighting at the one end of the room was not ideal. The garbage and recycling was small for empty water bottles. Very good location, 15 minute walk to the centre of the city. We had an issue for a plug for hairdryerand extended cord to front door outlet. The use of paper cups in the roomwas interesting but glasses at water station in the lobby. Overall great accommodating staff."

"We stayed one night to break a journey and to have a look at Nantes. The apartment is well equipped and comfortable, it's a short walk to the old part of the city with its bars and restaurants. We chose La Mangouste, which was great. There's a supermarket and bakery around the corner and parking at the hotel for a cost. Would recommend it."
