Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
We were very tired after a long flight to Tangier, then a long drive to this hotel , when we arrived the owner was not there and the manager at duty did not know a word of English and told us we had no booking instead of telling us that we had to pay in order to stay because we had done a pay at the hotel booking , he totally ruined the experience for us until a translator came to rescue , after wasting one hour when we checked in we found out the two bedroom apartment that we had booked had ac in only one room and it was 38 degree celcius and the one room with air conditioning was too small to accommodate my two teen boys with us , we had to find another hotel last min at double price , although I had emailed the owner 3 months in advance to confirm if ac was in both rooms , when I told this to the owner on the phone he was least interested to help me , also the hotel was not in anyway close to the pics posted , it was very dated , do not stay here
