Breakfast was terrible both days bacon and sausages overcooked and poor quality eggs were bland tasteless and watery mushrooms tasteless and limp Beans lukewarm Coffee adequate it was a bad experience not recommended staff were also sullen and did not react well when asked for refills

We’ve stayed here 4 times over the last 4 years and always enjoyed it as a great location but it was a shame to see that this year the bar and restaurant was no longer there and one of the lifts was out of service the entire weekend and when you’re on the 6th floor it wasn’t ideal as often the lifts ...
