"Wonderful stay. Place was clean, comfortable and the staff and customer service was excellent and kind. The actual room had faulty faucet on the sink and toilet paper holder as well. I informed the front desk of such as well gave a recommendation to place small shelf on the standing shower’s wall so toiletries could be placed there for easy access. She took a note and said she would give it to maintenance. I did feel safe and appreciated. Also, I loved the breakfast options and it was convenient due to health issues, for me as well as others. Thank you so much. I will stay there again when I go back to Buffalo."

"The breakfast was great! Very close to the airport. The airport shuttle came right after we requested. The swimming pool looked good. The place was clean. Although the hotel was very close to the airport, it was very quiet during the day and night. Great place to stay especially when you fly the next day! "
