"I had a nice enough stay here! The room was very large and comfortable, giving me plenty of space to relax. While the decor and fixtures are a little outdated, it is an excellent, budget-friendly option for travelers looking to save money without sacrificing comfort. If you are looking for a solid, good-enough place to stay that fits a tight budget, this is a great choice."

"An excellent place for the price point. I was greeted warmly by the staffer and given a larger room because it was the only first floor room left -- very welcome to someone with a wobbly knee. Bed was comfortable. The bathroom was immaculate. There are many signs of age in worn surfaces and older furnishings but everything was clean. Bring a sleep mask as only blinds cover the windows and some light can come in, in my case from the person who had their car headlights on next to my room for a couple of hours -- be considerate; it doesn't cost you anything. The beach looked great -- the weather wasn't conducive to using it on this trip. Go left from the motel on Rt. 9 for a mile or so and you will find a charming downtown with a great bookstore and a coffee shop next to each other: Cornerstone Books and the Koffee Kat."

"My group of six our dog Loki had a wonderful time here! Plenty of space for us all and the property was beautiful. The private beach access space was so peaceful with the fire pit looking out onto the water and Loki tuckered himself out zooming around in and out of the water! We will definitely be coming back!"
