"Excellent hotel in a great location overlooking the Thames . The bed was super comfortable with a spacious bedroom and bathroom and a lovely shower . We loved the Brasserie for breakfast and an evening meal , one of the nicest dining/bar areas I’ve come across in a hotel . The staff were very friendly and helpful , a credit to the establishment . The only slight negative in the bedroom was a fan running most of the night , but it didn’t disturb our sleep too much . The parking option was a great plus , with parking available at the train stations car park , with reserved spaces for the hotel’s guest at a rate of £15 a day ."

"Lovely stay. 2nd time we have stayed here. The food was delicious, great choice for breakfast & evening …. Lovely atmosphere & friendly staff. We were presented with a complimentary dessert for our Wedding Anniversary which was a nice touch. The ‘cosy’ room was nice, however quite dark and a few issues with the bathroom which we reported to the receptionist on checking out. Overall a great experience 😊"

"The hotel and staff were great. Our only issue really was that although you get early entry into the park, alot of the rides don't open until later in the day which means there's not a lot to do with smaller kids who aren't going on the skylion. The evening buffet is nice but also expensive and not really worth it for families with picky eater kids"
