"We were stopping for a night on the way home from the East coast and chose this hotel. The surrounding neighborhood is a little sketchy but the hotel itself is amazing. It’s VERY clean and well appointed as well as comfortable. The service was excellent and so was the food in the restaurant. The grounds are immaculate. The view of the lake was beautiful. It was a really pleasant surprise. We enjoyed our stay!"

"The staff were very friendly and treated you like family more than just guests. For a hotel near the lake, it wasn't a bad stay. Our room was clean enough where we felt comfortable staying. It was damp feeling when we first arrived but again, we were staying by the lake. We stayed for two nights and they offered a "grab and go" breakfast which was simple things like coffee, cereal, toast and pre packaged breakfast pastries. The second night we stayed, there was a leak in the bathroom which I was told was from the toilet, it supposedly has a cup that needs to be emptied ever so often. Anyways, my only real complaint was that the staff were nowhere to be found in the morning when I needed something. They have a sign up at the desk to pick up the phone and it would automatically call them to signal that someone was at the front desk. But I had been waiting for 15 minutes and no one showed up, not even housekeeping. Overall, I wouldn't expect a clean or well serviced hotel like the Marriott but it serves its purpose as a motel."

"A flashback to the heyday of Americana, the Motel concept. While staying here for the second time in as many years I have noted that our European friends stay here to a get the vibe of all the American movies they have seen from that era. Great community family-friendly; after-all it is where Welches grape juice is made. Plus awesome Italian food is located downtown."

"Our family loved this property! The front porch became the hub of where we spent pretty much the whole vacation. The front porch is bright, friendly, with beautiful views and constant sightings of different types of birds. It was relaxing and so pleasant. The home itself, was immaculate, welcoming, and so very comfortable. Our family enjoyed the pool during the day,and sitting around the fire pit at night. The owner was super responsive and even welcomed us with a lovely basket of treats left on the table for us when we arrived! The property is just minutes away from Tops Markets for getting groceries. We also found a great pizzeria called, Mammas. So much to do, we went to Bemus point, visited some wineries and even made a quick trip to Lilydale! It was just a wonderful vacation. Only suggestions would be to have a couple larger pots for cooking. The younger kids would’ve enjoyed having a television in the main room in the mornings, however, there is a TV in the master bedroom that they were able to watch once everyone was awake.We will definitely come back to this vacation home because it truly checked all the boxes for our family."

"From start to finish our vacation home in Mayville was PERFECT! House has everything you need so just bring your luggage. Views were absolutely amazing!! From the deck, to the dock, and proximity to all you need was just perfect! Debbie friendly and accommodating not that we needed anything! Neighbors friendly and also helpful. Perfect in every area. Thanks Debbie we had a great time."
