"Perfect for a quiet place to sleep after a long day of riding the HMT trails! Stephanie was great! Water line broke in the town while we were out and Stephanie had a case of water and extra water for the bathroom in case it was off a while. Water was on before we returned but she went out of her way to make sure we were good. Thanks! We should be back soon."

"This property was very clean and nicely secluded in the woods. It had a cute little cave on property that my kids thought was pretty cool. We will definitely be back in the future. "

"Wow! What else can i say. This property has everything you need for a get away and then some! Ernie and Carmelita were extremely gracious hosts. The salsa and chips was a lovely surprise after a day of long travel. Easy access to the trails and dog friendly. The pressure washer was a nice bonus after those muddy rides. Would stay here again!"

"We stayed here while riding the Hatfield and McCoy trails, and it was absolutely perfect! The place was clean, spacious, and had plenty of room for everyone in our group to relax after a long day of riding. It was exactly what we needed—comfortable, convenient, and welcoming. We only wish we could have stayed longer, but work called us back. Highly recommend for anyone planning a trail trip in West Virginia!We will be back to stay again!"
