"Room was generally clean but run down. Smelled of cigarette smoke as evidenced by butts on flat roof outside. Stained carpet and very noisy with main road outside. Bits of furniture trim missing. Pool was good but tiny. Bed was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was OK. Bit disappointing really."

A true test was a mix up with booking numbers via the Expedia system meaning our room had been assigned to someone else on arrival - the team handled this efficiently and fairly and couldn’t be more apologetic despite it being out of their control. "We had a lovely stay at Christiane's apartment, it's well equipped, the beds are comfortable, it's quiet and communication with the host and concierge were excellent. We really appreciated the underground parking and our children (age 11, 12 & 16) really enjoyed playing pool in the communal area. Good location near the bottom of the escalators in the resort. Highly recommended."
