This is a great place to stay. The property owner offers all the amenities you might need. The place was spotlessly clean. The private patio is lovely. The decor is fun. Quick response to questions and thorough check-in details provided. Close to many good restaurants; walkable neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again.

When searching for a place to have an 18th birthday celebration, we came across this place and couldn't be happier. Check in was seamless, all necessary amenities available, and the art work throughout the home was spectacular! 10 out of 5 stars!

We rented this condo for my daughter’s wedding in Chattanooga. The decor is fabulous. We took pictures while getting ready. The owner was fabulous and location great too. Also plenty of parking. It was a wonderful stay!

Wonderful host. She is quick to respond to any question/issue you may have (we didn’t have any issues). The place is very clean and stocked with everything you will need during your stay. Beds are super comfortable, great book collection and easy walk to restaurants.

The house was great! It was clean and so well stocked with anything you might need. Decor was so fun and perfect vibe for the moon river music festival weekend! Great location, walkable to so many places. First time staying in Chattanooga and now love this town. Would love to come back and stay in this house again!

Not only were the art and wall murals fun and colorful, but there was also every attention to our needs. It quickly became our home away from home. Love the outdoor space. We also really enjoyed the neighborhood. Easy to get everywhere. Highly recommend.

Check in was simple. Property was exactly as described. Quiet location and walkable to downtown Chattanooga. Kitchen had everything needed and more. Bathrooms even had little travel kits in case I forgot something. Owner was amazingly fast at responding.

We loved the VRBO. Very open space with lots of light. The decor was so great! Well stocked kitchen and bathrooms! The downstairs bed was very comfortable. We didn’t use the upstairs one. The patio was a great little spot. The location was great to get to the Old Train Station and all the shops and restaurants. They were within walking distance. We walked during the day, but chose to drive at night. Parking was easy and $5-8 for up to 4 hours. The host recommended Stir for dinner. It was delicious! We went for the tour of Gate 11 Distillery and it was very interesting. Urban Stacks was good and Tailgate Brewery had really good pizza. Clumpie’s ice cream was good, too. We would definitely stay again. We had the best relaxing stay.

We absolutely loved our stay here! We just kept discovering detail after beautiful fun detail - so much thought and love has been poured into this place! Also, random detail but I’ve been to many rentals and never has the freezer been this well-stocked with ice! We also loved the location and used our car exactly once - the restaurant we drove to was walkable, I just didn’t want to walk in heels! We could have easily enjoyed several more days here to explore and enjoy the city, or curl up with one of the many books in the library. We would love to come back!

We had a fantastic stay at Katie’s place. It’s spacious, conveniently located, lots of parking right out front and has a million little touches we really appreciated: fun and memorable artwork, really nice soap in the kitchen and bathrooms, a bookshelf of great reads, a fully stocked kitchen with really great quality cookware and servingware, fluffy towels…I could go on forever! The outdoor patio is awesome too. We highly recommend!
