Ridgedale Roost. The exquisite home on Missionary Ridge.

Ridgedale Roost is a new house built in 2019. Gray Gables is to the right and Kathy's Kottage is located to the left. It is close to downtown and easy to get anywhere with the interstate only miles away. The battle of Missionary Ridge was fought on these grounds...no ghosts! I have found bullets, shot, and cannon balls on the property. The large front porch is great for lounging. The back patio is where you can grill some burgers and listen to the birds singing. This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bath house. It has quartz counter tops and is nicely decorated. I have made sure to have all the kitchen amenities in case you want to cook. It is the perfect place to relax and enjoy time with your friends and family. I live across the street and the garden is located behind the "eyeball" wall. Feel free to wander the old 3 tiered garden and enjoy the downtown views while you sit on the bench and watch the goldfish swim in the Mermaid fountain pond. Listen to the sweet sound of the birds and watch the sunset behind Lookout Mountain as you let the stress leave you and remember days gone by. Dogs are welcome with a FENCED in back yard. My insurance will not allow Pit bulls, Rotwielers, Chows, or Dobermans, or of these in mixed breeds. There is a 2 dog limit, females most be sprayed. There is a firepit. I am not able to offer a military discount.
Please do not ask for a late check out. I respect that my cleaners have lives other than just cleaning my rentals. Feel free to stay another day. Thank you!

2 dog limit. There is a no smoking or vaping policy in the house. You can smoke outside on the porch. $500 fee if you smoke inside in the house.
Please do not park on the grass, there is overflow parking across the street behind the playground.

Large family in for UTC graduation

She had everything we needed plus some for our large family. The home was beautiful and cozy. We rented two homes to accommodate our 12 out of state/town family members. We had plenty of room to eat and get ready for the big event..

Wonderful Home, Wonderful Owner

We enjoyed our girls’ trip to this adorable home. It was clean, nicely appointed, and stocked with everything we needed. Added bonus, Miss Tammy was delightful! She has renovated nearly the entire block of cute homes and was responsive and helpful. If you get the chance, be sure to visit with her and get her recommendations for food and activities. We will stay at one of her properties again when we return to the area.

Tammy's decor was adorable and there was something for everyone, I packed things for our dog that she had available so that was a nice touch. We met Tammy and she was so nice and told us her story of how she became a host. She's a great host and her property is highly recommended.
