This special 100 year old building was built to recreate the famous NYC Flat Iron building in Manhattan. It was fully restored and renovated in 2024 and includes gated downtown parking. The exteriors historic beauty was preserved but the interior is 100% new! It captures the elegance and luxury of a high end Manhattan building while complimenting the historic charm on the outside. It is truly an incredible and unique guest experience in the heart of Downtown Chattanooga that can't be matched.

I live close by and can be available by phone or in person quickly if needed. Providing excellent service and an amazing experience for our guests is our highest priority.

This luxury condo is located in arguably the best location in all of Chattanooga! There are amazing restaurants in almost any direction you walk and Gated parking is included with a dedicated spot. The area is very safe any time of day and anything down town Chattanooga is a stone throw away!

You will have access to the entire Condo other than a locked supply closet.

The gym is available 24/7 and there is a dedicated gated parking spot.

Gated parking is included with the unit and you will have 1 dedicated spot. There is free parking outside of the building if needed for an additional vehicle. There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance and everything downtown is a short distance away.

This condominium is located directly across the street from the Soldier and Sailors Memorial Theater.

I really enjoyed my stay here. It was very clean and comfortable. Also convenient for walking to the riverfront area and shopping and restaurants. And right across the street from the auditorium. It was a lovely place to stay!

Perfect spot! We were able to walk to almost everything we wanted to do in the downtown area. The decor was on point. Very stylish. Very clean. Will say the mattress in the bedroom is very firm.

My wife and I stayed for two nights in Chattanooga and could have stayed more! The space was cozy and comfy, the kitchen functional normally, the master bathroom is spacious with a great shower! But the location, the views and views he beautifully displayed history is the winner here! Chattanooga is charming and lovely. We found ourselves quite smittened

Overall the condo was beautiful and in the perfect location to walk to everything. We enjoyed the fact we could walk and didnt have to pay for parking. I will say the bed was very firm and there's no curtains so if you're used to a dark room and softer bed it may be hard to sleep. But in my opinion that's per each person's preference so I'd still give it a 5 star for the location and it's a beautiful condo inside

We love visiting Chattanooga but usually dread the drive and traffic so staying within walking distance from the hot spots was great! The apartment is new, so everything was fresh and clean. The views out the windows are of the historic courthouse across the street, and the views inside are of stylishness and comfort. The location is within walking distance of lots of cool stuff. Next time we are in Chat, we will be checking to see if this unit is available.

I loved our stay! Very romantic atmosphere and quiet condominium. The location, place, accommodations, and whole condominium as a whole is sooo nice and perfect!!! You can’t beat any of it! We were able to enjoy walks everywhere around downtown for the restaurants and shops we had on our list!! Recommend 110%

Fell in love with the condo @ first site. The condo's furnishings are first rate. The walkin shower is large enough for two. The building was quite & the location was perfect! Try Neadlov for breakfast, great coffee & lunch. Give Nic & Norman's a try for dinner. The owner, Shaun, was wonderful to work with. Enjoyed our stay!!

Only thing I did not like about this was the fact that I do not own it, myself. My first time for a stay over in Chattanooga but will definitely return and book this exact unit. Exceeded my expectations which is hard to do. 😜
