"No hot water. Broken clock. Threadbare chair. Broken staircase. Trash and used linens in the hallway. I had to wake up the front desk person asleep head down to check out who refused to give me an itemized bill until i asked a 3rd time. People spent the night in the lobby. Expedia didn't lift a finger after Red Roof sent me back to Expedia. RR and Expedia should've refunded me every dime. I have pictures of all of the above.
