"Great hotel when travelling with dogs"

"This hotel is very old and they put me in a room that was for handicap people I don't know why I also had to pay 40 euros for a taxi to the train which was absolutely ridiculous because it was only not even a eight minute drive they do not provide a shuttle the hotel is adequate but totally overpriced for what you got"

"Overnight stay enroute back to the uk, a little tricky to find, due to reliance on vehicle gps. Slight issues with checking in, due to some problems with Expedia system but no real problem. Bedroom amazing, so elegant. Host recommended a local restaurant for evening meal which didn’t disappoint. Great breakfast with Home made jams and cake. Enjoyed our stay."

"Breakfast was good. Parking was adequate. Restaurant was good. Staff was good, including the restaurant. It’s in the middle of the midieval town, which was built on the rock cliffs. The river runs in the middle of the town, and there is a low level bridge at tge hotel to walk to a park across the river. We stayed here in early May, and the day we were there, the bridge was partially flooded. But the next morning the bridge was dry. The road bridge is way above, and never floods, so no worries....

"The best thing about the property is most definitely the hosts who create a real homely feel and you do genuinely feel that they want to do what they can to make your stay the best they can. This is most obviously shown in flexibility around breakfast times and the offers of well cooked evening meals at a very fair price - for me this consisted both of a round table meal with other guests and the family; and also effectively room service (Remember to request in advance).
