Welcome to our newly built and contemporary three-bedroom home, an ideal retreat for your next getaway! This spacious residence boasts a modern design with all the comforts you need for a relaxing stay.
Bedrooms:
Enjoy a restful night's sleep in any of the three stylishly appointed bedrooms, each designed with your comfort in mind. The rooms feature modern furniture and ample natural light, creating a serene atmosphere.
Bathrooms:
Experience convenience with a dedicated bathroom for the primary bedroom, providing an extra touch of luxury equipped with grab bar, built in shelves, soap dish, and integrated seat you to take a pause and enjoy the moment. The second full bathroom situated in the middle of other two bed rooms with a bath tub equipped with shelves, soap dish and a built in grab bar and easy access thru the common passage with plenty of space for your daily routines. Another two piece wash room situated on the main floor adjacent to living area and kitchen gives you convenience of access.
Kitchen and laundry room
Convenience is key, and our dedicated laundry room ensures that you can keep your wardrobe fresh and ready for new adventures, while our brand-new kitchen is equipped with modern appliances for your use.
Location:
Situated in the south side of Chatham, it's located with easy access to the 401 and the downtown area. Whether you're here for business or pleasure, you'll find our location convenient and welcoming.
Guest access
The guests is having access to entire house except the unfinished basement area, which consists of utilities machineries and other mechanical systems. Also note that, the garage door will be always closed and no access, as there are empty boxes, lawn movers, and snow plowers are kept.
Other things to note
Please make sure that main door is locked all the time as the door locks goes locked position in 10 seconds. I can adjust and extend the timeline if any requirements.
