"For a $160+ cost to stay, I was saddened to see the state of our room. There were "hairs" in the bathroom. One of the towels was stuffed in the cubby making me wonder if it was clean. There were a few squares left on the toilet paper and no refills so I had to walk down and get some. I found an old candy wrapper and grime behind the bedside tables. There was a big stain on the duvet cover and the sheets had a hole. All that makes me question everything else and relays to me management doesn't care."

"Absolutely a great place for a weekend getaway. Very clean with comfortable bedding. Would highly recommend and Dawn was amazing with communication and checking in if we needed anything. We will definitely be going back with more of the family next time for a longer stay."

"I want to thank the staff for allowing me to check in early so I could attend a funeral. Their kindness and accommodation during a difficult time were greatly appreciated. Unfortunately, when I returned later, I was very disappointed to be greeted by a strong marijuana odor as soon as I stepped off the elevator. The smell was overwhelming and detracted from what had otherwise been a positive experience. While I am grateful for the compassion shown by the staff, management should address this issue to ensure a comfortable environment for all guests. Because of the mixed experience, I am giving this stay 2 stars."

"Great location! Easy access to the interstate and next door to Surge Entertainment Complex. Friendly staff, snacks for purchase in the lobby, and delicious free morning coffee with half & half and creamers. Free bottled water at check-in. Breakfast buffet was $15 (it was decent). The bartender was amazing and he made the perfect Patron margarita. The rooms are desperately in need of an upgrade. It was very overpriced for a room with a damp moldy loud window unit and dirty carpet. Bed was comfortable and room had a refrigerator and microwave."

"We have stayed at this property before for baseball and have not had any issues. This time, we arrived later in the night. We got up to the room, the curtains were on the floor, the beds looked like they had been laid in already, there were piles of hair on the floor, food on the chair, spiders crawling on the floor, and the mirrors were so dirty. We went back downstairs and spoke with the front desk. They tried to help and went upstairs to clean the room. We were told they did not have another room to move us to. After waiting 30 mins in the lobby, we went back to the room. It was cleaner but there was still hair all over the beds and imbedded in the all the towels. The curtains fell again and while closing the bathroom door, the handle fell off. I was charged $270 for 1 night. Prior to leaving this morning, a house keeper knocked on the door and asked if we were checking out. She was barefoot….. Will never stay here again."
