GOOD TO KNOW:
Construction work is currently underway in front of the residence. Outside of school holidays (June, September, October, and November), this may occasionally cause daytime noise disturbance and slight visual disturbance.

Upon arrival, a deposit of € 1,500 will be required by bank imprint.
