Apartment for 4 people with balcony

  • Property, along with its comfortable and convenient design, offers a 29 m² studio located on the 5th floor, ideal for a stay in the mountains. It accommodates up to 3 people, featuring a living room with a single sofa bed and a mountain corner with a bunk bed. The studio includes a south-facing balcony, providing guests with ample sunlight and pleasant outdoor space. The property also provides private outdoor parking and elevator access. Pets are not allowed. For added convenience, guests can enjoy easy access to the ski slopes, which are located just 50 meters from the residence.

    The studio is ideally situated in the Les Rhododendrons residence, just 300 meters from the cable car, making it perfect for guests who enjoy skiing and other mountain activities. The free shuttle bus stop is nearby, offering further accessibility. Shops and restaurants are only 100 meters away, making it easy to explore the local area.

    The studio’s open-plan kitchen is well-equipped with modern amenities, including a ceramic hob, fridge, freezer, filter coffee machine, oven, kettle, microwave, and toaster, enabling guests to prepare their own meals. The bathroom features a shower and WC. For added comfort, services such as bed linen, towels, and final cleaning are available for an additional fee. Wi-Fi access is also available, with the option to rent a mini-box for internet connection. A tourist tax applies, and a deposit is required, which will be released within a month of departure.

We arrived late but unloading luggage went smoothly thanks to nearby help with bags. We especially liked that shops were only about one hundred meters away making it ideal for buying snacks or dinner. There was plenty of space on the balcony for enjoying morning coffee outdoors as well.
